Great for materials that donโt expand and contract with heat
Worked great, but not great on stove pipe that expands and contracts as it drys like a rock and cracks out.

Easy to use. Happy with the results.
Easy to use and control. I used about a dozen of these to insulate around my rim joist and had great results.

Flakes and doesn't adhere very well
It's ok. I'm using this to fill in the cracks in the seams of my fireproof file cabinet. This was a used file cabinet and the cracks formed while it was being moved. This sealant wasn't very sticky and tended to flake off when I tried to smooth in into the cracks. Basically, it did not do a good job of sealing the cracks. In hindsight, I probably would have been better off using standard caulk considering how small the cracks were.
