Unreliable drives
WD hard drives and external drives no longer come with the reliability they used to have. Rather than being a backup solution to prevent data loss, it's become a data-loss solution! I've had several WD drives fail within a year and 3 months. Whilst you may get a replacement drive, you won't get your data back.
