Q: Are there refill for this?

I threw packaging away but do not believe it is refillable. I did not see any refills listed for it on Almay site either.

Q: Where is the pencil part

The pencil part is on the opposite end that contains the brow brush which you can see through the clear cover. It is a great pencil and the ONLY one I will use. Perfect shade for blonds and redheads.

Q: Does this pencil contain any beeswax?

Beeswax is not listed as an ingredient. This is a great pencil

Q: does this color work for almost black brows

I normally use dark blonde for my brows because I color my hair blonde. I bought the brunette color in a pinch when my color wasn't available, and it's definitely too dark for me. It's a pretty dark brown, so I would say, yes, it would work for almost black brows. I love this Almay product and do get complimented on my brows, which are thinning as I age but fill in nicely with the Almay pencil and brush.
