This is a BEAUTIFUL single lever faucet, obviously designed and made with care!Everything about the arrival of this faucet announced some serious thought had gone into the exercise and made it easy for me to install.Because the Allen head screw snapped off in the lever of my old faucet, making it impossible to repair, I also appreciated WOWOW’s inclusion of the proper-sized Allen head wrench for eventual lever removal. This anticipates when the faucet's lever-valve needs replacement, it should be something that a mere mortal can accomplish.The faucets installation instructions were extremely helpful, well illustrated and easy to follow. The concept of including two (2) different aerators was not lost on me either. The 1.2 GPM aerator is compliant with California water efficiency regulations. But if your water supply and state regs permit, a 2.2GPM aerator is also included.WOWOW also broke new ground for me by including a pair of white cotton gloves with their faucet. I have never seen this in my life, and expect I never will again.Bottom-line, in the future I would definitely consider looking at ANY other home improvement product made by WOWOW.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was very surprised when I opened the box. Everything I needed was included. The box even contained plumbing tape and gloves. It was easy to install and works beautifully. I rarely write reviews, but this product was outstanding. I’m a 67 year old women and I had no problem installing this faucet. Highly recommend.

Nice looking faucet. Feels like a quality product. A snap to install. The only flaw I see is the screw - in spout is slightly off center of the body of the faucet. I am sure they are screwed in correctly. I ordered two and they're both like that. It's hard to notice and I will keep them. For this price a good deal.

This is a nice bathroom faucet. It was a straightforward install for the most part. Once I got the faucet itself in, it was the pop-up lever for the drain stopper that was difficult. I forgot to attach it before inserting the faucet into the sink’s three faucet holes. But because the lever goes in at an angle towards the drain, the lever wouldn’t easily attach to the lower piece that attaches to the stopper metal thingamajig with the holes in the drain. But then it occurred to me to just bend the metal piece with the holes in two places, one about an inch from the bottom end, then another bend a couple inches further up. The first bend moves the bottom hole toward the end (farthest from the drain) of the rod that lifts the stopper, the second bend brings the metal piece back up to meet the lever. Once completed, the faucet operates nicely. The pressure is a little lower (but that saves on water) and it’s not noisy. The faucet is well made. It also comes with the cold and hot supply hoses which are color coded. It also comes with a new drain with stopper assembly but I didn’t use it. Instructions were clear and easy. I also used silicon rubber to seal the faucet to my sink. And the faucet fits perfectly in the existing holes in my sink, 4” on center.

I installed this faucet, replacing an old 1987 Moen (worked bu ugly). I am a DIY'er so this isn't the first faucet that I've installed.I am impressed with the faucet's apparent quality, fit and finish. The body is solid metal, chromed, in my case. The interior has brass threaded mounting shanks but the balance of the interior plumbing is plastic - BUT not a typical plastic. This stuff is HARD - like Bakelite is but I think that this plastic is something else. It feels more like metal than plastic This doesn't bother me at all - I am satisfied that it is a quality material, whatever it is.We are pleased with the faucet's appearance and function, although the drain control isn't as good a mechanism as the rest of it. It works but is stiff.The faucet body came in a non-woven cloth bag e/w drawstrings - as if it were the crown jewels. Also included was a pair of white cotton gloves. I did not use them. Maybe the gloves and cloth bag were a marketing gimmick - stressing that the faucet was a crown jewel?A full spool of teflon pipe thread tape was included. I did not use this because none of the fittings were the type that would need Teflon tape. I wish that instead of the Teflon tape, they had included some plumber's silicone. I normally use plumber's putty but the drain's warning about not using oil based putty, which is the case for plumber's putty, mandated silicone. Fortunately I had enough leftover from an old job that I didn't have to driver to the hardware store.Now, for the negative part of this review. The drain rod attaches to a perforated steel strap, like all similar faucets - BUT the steel used in the WOWWOW strap is too thin and bent in use. I had to reuse the steel strap from the old Moen faucet, which was of much thicker steel. Also, the spring clip for the horizontal pivot rod has sharp edges and cut my thumb during installation. I had to complete the job wearing a Band-Aid.WOWWOW if you read these reviews - substitute some silicone for the gloves and cloth bag.
