The media could not be loaded. This reflex bag ,BOUTMASTER is great. I set it up in my backyard next to my pull up bar. The quality is good. The metal rod appears to be stainless steel. For added protection I coated the metal and the screws with W-D 40. I cover the punching bag with a barbeque hood , to protect it from the elements. I filled it with water. There is no way to know it down. When I hit hard it swings way down and springs back so you can use it to weave and stay agile and not get hit. The head is a solid rubber/plastic and feels like you are hitting a hard head. Wear MMA gloves at least. I got it to end out my workout and use it at least 10 minutes. On my off days I go longer. I enjoy it a lot and get full benefit.

When I received the adult punching bag and assembled it, I discovered a crack on the plastic base on the bag. I used Amazon to quickly connect me with the seller. They were quick to act, and rather than send the entire set back for replacement, they sent a new bag to me in 4 days. I bought this bag for my youngest, who is a small 12 year old. It is sturdy and has proper height adjustment for him and an adult.

I totally enjoy the punching bag and if the gloves were a bit larger, I would have given it a score of 5. My 15year old granddaughter found them small for her hands. Seriously as much fun as the Joe Palooka bag my father got me as a child so I could work out with him.

Bought this for our son and he loved it. Easy to fill with sand for weight and has been easy for him to use and learn. The quality and speed of the bag are perfect.

My knees are painful so my usual walking routine is on hold. Doing chair exercises & wanted to add this reflex ball/bag - it is easy to assemble - I used sand rather than water in the base - needed help with that part. Takes up very little room. It’s easy to move (lean it to one side while holding the upright bar & roll). I’m watching beginner videos and starting to get the hang of it. And it’s fun. Comes with pretty decent boxing gloves too. I think this is fun!

I bought this item for my son to use. The boxing bag is made of foam and split quickly. The Company didn’t have a replacement part at first but sent one a few months later. After less than 6 months of normal use the bag is all split again. Once again there are no replacement parts.Would not recommend for anyone adult size and strength to use. May be suitable for younger children.

Fun and not cost prohibitive unless you are a strong and/or serious with practicing. Bought this for my teenager. Instructions advised to fill base with sand or water. I did not have sand handy and I had a teenager eager to use their new punching bag. One hefty punch and the base split on the horizontal seam and water (gallons) came gushing out. Needless to say, lots of cleanup and a bummed out teen (no one wants that LOL). If I had filled the base with sand, the cleanup would not have been nearly as bad. However, the base would have split anyway. Likely a good product for the light of fist - but not for any serious power punchers (or kickers).

Great item. Worth every penny.
