Q: Whats the measure from the floor to the first shelf? It because my toilet is 29" tall, so I just want to make sure it'll fit.

Q: What is the height of the back support bar from the floor? I need enough height to be above the water supply. Thank you.

The back support bar on my unit is between 7" and 8" above the floor. More precisely, it is about 7.3" above the floor and about 0.5" in diameter. If your water supply is below 7" or above 8", the bar should clear it.

Q: Is the 4-tier model sturdy?

Mine is pretty sturdy. I have 3 medium sized plants in ceramic planters and some baskets with skin and hair care products on it. I don't have all of the side braces in place and it is still pretty sturdy.

Q: Does it rust overtime?

Yes, completely covered in rust in less than a year. Ironically, the untreated plywood we put on the shelves to keep items from falling through has handled the cycling humidity better than the “stainless steel”.
