I love that this lasts long , I only installed one of them and the other one is still good as new

Do not buy they fall off while you’re sleeping they don’t stay on. I tried both tops and they don’t work

only one of the dermals ain straight right the other one is . love it

These heart-shaped dermal tops looked a little smaller than I expected, but on my face they are not too small which is good. My issue is that the tops are not as "heart-shaped" as I expected, they're a bit more skinny. The top is also a bit difficult to screw all the way in my dermal and it doesn't lie completely flat on my face which is frustrating. Overall, they're okay I guess.

Just what the people want something different and good quality

The media could not be loaded. I suggest you take the anchor if this is your first dermal they are different sizes 😲 it does stick out a little bit which I think is a little weird it's not flat on the face

This is my favorite dermal jewelry so far! It hasn’t turned any colors or caused any irritation to my skin so the quality is nice. I do admit that it is a larger size and sort of hangs from mine but it isn’t noticeable at all. It’s definitely worth the price!
