Caffeine anhydrous. Caffeine anhydrous is made from the seeds and leaves of coffee plants. The word “anhydrous” means “without water.” After harvesting, caffeine is extracted from the plant matter and dehydrated. This produces a highly concentrated caffeine powder. Studies show that up to 400 mg of caffeine per day may be beneficial to human performance and wellness.

As a result, these types of chemicals are often naturally found in commonly eaten foods, even though these chemicals are not intentionally added.
