My German Shepherd’s nose was perpetually in a horrible condition. Dry and cracking. We tried different remedies but none worked. The skin on the top of my 12-year old dog’s nose has been dry, crusted and lumpy for the past year. His skin had not responded to treatment until I started using Snout Soother. After 2 weeks of twice daily applications, the crusty bumps are almost gone. I will continue daily treatments, to maintain his nose’s smooth, healthy appearance.

I bought this for my Cavalier because her nose sometimes gets dry and cracked. She isn’t a huge fan of the balm but honestly, a dry nose is worse, so I keep using it.The only tricky part is the shape of the applicator tip. It feels a bit awkward to get just right on her small nose, which makes applying it a little funny.Overall, the balm works well and she doesn’t seem to mind it too much. She doesn’t try to lick it off which is a good sign. For the price, it’s a solid choice to keep your pup’s nose soft.

My pit bull gets a very dry and cracked nose, to the point it will start to bleed. Product definitely works on healing cracked noses. The tube makes it a simple quick way to apply it , especially if your dog doesn't like anyone messing with their snout. It smells nice and the 2 ounce tube is perfect for a medium to large dog. After a week of 3 times a day , I noticed her nose was softer and i cut back to 2 times a day.

I wanted to wait and use this before leaving a review. My Aussie recently started getting thick crusty nose, I believe it was due to us moving into a new environment. I tried 2 other balms, they seemed to do nothing and almost make it worse. I read a lot of reviews on this one and decided to give it a try. I've got to say, I am pleasantly impressed. As long as you keep up on applying at least 2-3 times a day this works wonders. Its been a month and his nose is almost completely back to normal! Definitely worth the spend.
