Yes, I have small gear and bought one hoping it would.

Q: Does the amara view come in an extra small? i have too much air in my eyes from the size small.

No, at this time Respironics does not manufacturer a size extra small. Look into investing in a Cpap mask cloth cover, they help with making a better seal.

Q: If i purchase all three items, will that complete the mask? If not, what other parts do i need to buy?

You will need the AMARA VIEW WITH HEADGEAR FITPACK.C

Not sure exactly what you are asking but the small, medium and large masks are interchangeable with the head gear. I know because i had initially got a small mask but I had to purchase a medium and it fit fine.
