Interesting book
If you are someone who works independently and you have trouble with over using social media, then this is the book for you.Personally I don't have that much trouble with social media and I don't really have much need to work deeply, but this was an interesting book nevertheless.

Life Changing book
This book really helped me get down and focus on my work in a way that is satisfying and rewarding.I'm a freelancer and if I don't work, I don't get paid. Some days I was struggling to motivate myself and this book really helped me realise that my career is defined by what I do with my work now, today. Since reading it I've been sitting at my home office desk and focusing for hours at a time, forgetting meals and getting lots of work done. I wrote a book in 3 months while working 2 part time jobs, freelancing as a web developer and taking courses, writing a blog, everything. This book helped me make that a reality. Next up read "So Good they Can't Ignore You" by Cal Newport. He is a voice of reason in an age of gadgets, beeps and boops that steal your attention and make you dumb and incapable of doing anything remarkable like the proles in Orwell's 1984.

Over rated book
If you shut yourself in a quiet room, you can concentrate. That’s basically the entire book.Really wasn’t worth the read.
