Q: What is the kosher supervising organization? Or can you add a picture showing the type of Kosher logo?

No where on the bag is there any kosher info. I would purchase anther brand if your looking for gaurenteed kosher.

Just dried limes, no additions.

Q: What’s the count per bag ?

Hard to say, I've been buying for a couple of years and sometimes limes are bigger, so it's gonna be be less amount of big limes in the bag. If limes are smaller - it's gonna be bigger amount to fill the weight.

Q: can these small dried limes be put in a spice grinder? or is the ground up version better? A recipe I have is asking for 1 tsp.

I often put them in my grinder to use as a powder. It doesn’t come out as fine as buying them pre ground but still taste great in the recipes.
