Might be a little short depending how they like to wear their clothes but probably. I’m 5’6” 160lbs and mine is a little shorter and tighter than I’d like but acceptable.

Do not buy this product...the material is awful and the sizing ridiculous. I bought for my 16 year old...it would fit a 6 year old. Total waste of money!!!

Q: Is this shirt super soft?

I wouldn't say super soft, just standard. However, I do like soft shirts so I typically put t shirts in the washing machine with Gain Fabric softener, let the machine fill up, turn it off and let them soak 1-2 hours in the water/softener mix, then turn the machine on and let it run its cycle. It really works out well for all clothing.
