I would refer to the size chart they provide, but I understand if your an in between size. This costume was a gift for my fiancÃ©, she wears a size 20 and I ordered the 3x/4x and it fit her comfortably.(she does not like her clothes to be fitting, she likes them looser). Hope this helps.

My pants size 18w, and bra 42DD, I ordered the size 1x/2X and it's feet perfect. I fink you should order the same size, because the pants is stretchy.
