Dear customer, the fan's cover is able to be taken apart, you can take the grill off easily to tighten the fan blades to solve the noise problem.

The fan needs to be fully charged before first use to ensure it can run smoothly, and it can also works plugged in.

Q: Can I use another charging cable to charge the fan?

Dear customer, this is a universal plug, it is okay that use your own charger and other 5V 3A/2A USB type C cord to charge the fan.

The FARADAY standing fan comes with a remote control, a charger and a nice box, but does not include a carrying case. Dear customer, you can contact the seller on Amazon to get a replacement charger or remote, and other parts is not replaceable.
