I didn’t order the lemon but the matcha is excellent!

I don’t know. I get the matcha flavor only. The best thing about these is they’re not too sweet.

There are no hazel nuts in the wafer, just lemon. I've been eating them for years. There are probably others of equal quality, but this is the only one I've found with the authentic lemon zing. In a cookie, Pamela's lemon shortbread cookies are comparable in degree of zing.
