The ConcenTrace does contain a trace amount of lithium. The amount with which it occurs is .638 mg/ml. Print on the bottle is very small but these are all naturally occurring minerals this is the best stuff only go with 2 to 4 drops per 8-ounce glass the exact minerals are on their website I believe it's about seventy two different minerals mostly magnesium God bless
