min approx. 17" max approx. 21"

Q: How much weight does this chair support, I weight 250 pounds is this a product that would last me a long time

The chair specs says 350lb I believe. I am between 250 and 260 and it seems to be holding up fine. But I have only had for a couple weeks, its still a great chair.

Yes the chair comes with both the head rest pillow and lumbar pillow.
