Q: How much Weight can it hold?

I’m not sure about the specs, but it is extremely sturdy. My son is 250 lbs. and he uses it, no problem.

Q: Any idea if this will fit over the shoulder pads of a pro stotts reformer? if not, is it returnable?

The cutouts for the shoulder pads are 8” tall and 4” wide

Q: What is the weight limit?

I don't know the weight limit and there is no info on the Balanced Body website. I'm 185 lbs (and shrinking) and have used it for months with no problems.
