Q: How exactly do you dry all the water from the inside the hose after washing it.

I hook mine up to my machine and turn the machine on, I have the heated tube, it only takes a few minutes to dry. My sleep therapist told me I could use this method and it has been working really well for me. (the inside of my hose is ridged so if I don't do this, it takes forever to dry).

Q: Advertised as grapefruit lemon scent but i font smell it. Why is that? Disappointed

That was a real disappointment when I purchased this item. The one with mint is much better but was not available at the time I purchased the grapefruit.

Q: How exactly is it used? Does it apply directly to the mask and tubing? Or is it mixed with water?

I mix with warm water and submerge mask and hoses in the water. I usually shower while they're soaking, then swish them in the water and rinse thoroughly, then hang them in shower stall to dry. (Make sure you do not wash filter piece from end of hose. Mine is sort of bell shaped.)

Q: Do you wash both the small short hose and the long gray hose

Yes I wash everything. It rinses really well. Just put a few drops in each items swish around then put under faucet and rinse. Easy to do and give a very clean scent.
