June 2014 on mine.. I purchaced only one box of 200.. and i've had them over a year now.. Halfway through the box.. So figure when I purchase them they had a 2 year life span on them.. Does that help you?

Q: Are each individual treat package easily opened or is a cutting tool needed to do so?

If I remember correctly, they are individually sealed so a cutting tool is needed to open each one (or a good set of teeth, but don't tell my dentist).
