Q: Can you replace the heads? And would you replace them how you would replace a normal rack tom with normal drum hads??

I have the same set and as soon as I got them I put on Aquarian Responce 2 black heads to match the rest of my set. You can put on any heads, and you do it the same as the other drums. Mine sound great. good luck.

Q: Does this comed with stick to play it?

No, just the stand and the three roto toms with heads. No sticks and no stool.

Q: are the drum heads blue tinted like shown in picture ?

Yes, mine were. Love the color & the sound. Very pleased, like to get a set of larger roto’s to add to my drum kit.
