They both are a cream consistency yes. I use the conditioner as a leave in.

For fine 2b, 2c hair, we think you'd love our Sea Mineral collection. It's a lighterweight formula that shouldn't weigh your curls down. :) We hope this helps!

Q: Is this shampoo supposed to have a safety seal? Mine came without any.

Unfortunately all hair care companies have different packaging policies. Some products have a seal and others do not. Normally the seal is to prevent spillage and to keep the tops from coming lose during shipping only.
