Pickle Mix Refrigerator Kosher

Mrs. Wages mix makes canning delicious pickles easy and quick. Just about any cucumbers will work. Once the jars are packed and sealed, they must be refrigerated where they will last 6 months.

We saw this used for hard boiled eggs and had to try. So easy and flavorful! Our new go-to snack and addition to salads. Love the fresh flavor and would make great pickles I’m sure!

I've purchased Mrs. Wages pickle mix a few times over the years. This will be my first time using the "refrigerator mix." I'm sure there won't be any difference in the favoring since the "quick mix" has the same ingredients as the "refrigerator mix." If you like sour pickles, you will love this mix.

This mix turned me into a pickle maker! After trying it just once, I doubt I will ever buy jarred commercial pickles again. What I love most is how crunchy the cucumbers stay with this refrigerator method. The hot pickling mixture doesn't actually cook the cukes, so they retain their firm texture while absorbing the delicious flavors and spices in the mix. In addition to pickles, you can also make dilly beans with it, and I just tried making pickled Brussels Sprouts with it to great success. I can pickle the cukes I grow in my garden, or choose the best from the farmer's market. You need no other ingredients except white vinegar, and the process is actually a lot of fun. I've been happily pickling for years now because of Mrs. Wages!

This was beyond my expectations because I’m not crazy about 24 hour pickles but these actually came out really good very crunchy and has could use a little more flavor but all in all it’s pretty good

Easy to make. But doesn’t make very much. It’s also pretty spicy for pickle juice. If you like yours with a little kick, then get this one. Personally, I’m not a fan. For the same amount of money I’ll just buy 1/2 gallon premade.
