Good update to traditional iron pills
As advertised, no GI upset or constipation. Just wish it wasn't so pricey, or that it is stocked in pharmacies (e.g. Omnicare) so that insurance can cover the cost.

One box though was opened and a piece was missing. Other than that and it being pricey, it was good and easy to take.

Worth the money
This worked quickly without the usual side effects and discomfort. I took one every other day with a vitamin c gummy and a b12 spray for about 2 months. After the first week or so my heart rate started to lower to normal, and I could see the color coming back in my face. Now my levels finally tested within range. If you continue to try different brands, have a bunch of unfinished bottles of iron because you couldn't stomach the side effects, it's worth it.

Truly no side effects
I have tried a few different iron supplements that are supposed to be gentle on the digestive system and they were not. I have been taking these for about two weeks and so far, no side effects. Other formulations, I would know by now if it wasn’t going to agree with me. I’ve ordered two more boxes since I need to get my ferritin up.
