These ones come with one, rather nicely made, hempen-ish sack, which makes a nice little starting dice bag, which fits all of the dice that come with it. There isn’t an individual sack for each set.

Q: Are these dice balanced (do their rolls vary in number)?

They seem to be balanced. I haven’t had any problems with them

Q: How do you make a 7 sided die? I see 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 20 sides, but not a 7 side die as per the description.

There is no such thing as a 7 sided dice. But the set comes with 7 dice which is what it is referring to. D4 - D6 - D8 - D10 - D12 - D20 - D100 in 6 sets of different colours. I know in the title its says "Dice Set 7 Sided Polyhedral" Which can be confusing but it is meant to be read as "Dice Set; 7, Sided Polyhedral DND" meaning there are 7 polyhedral dice in the set.
