Q: What is the best way to thin out? With water?

60 ml of water. I tried 120 ml of water but it was too much fluid in one dose for my daughter

Q: Can you use this product without using a feeding tube?

Yes, this can be used without a feeding tube. Actually with a feeding tube it needs to be thinned out with something. Just drink it like a smoothie or warm it up and eat it as a soup. I don't know how it tastes though.
