Durable and secure
You can easily find professional reviews of this online and it comes highly recommended for its durability and security. It's harder to pick than competitor products, to the point that a potential thief may have to destroy the safe (along with the key inside) just to open it. That sounded like endorsement enough for us, so we bought it to put our spare gate key inside for delivery guys and the like. The only minor complaint is that the combination is difficult to set properly, though there are YouTube videos to help you do that, so it's not all bad. A recommendation I saw that I will repeat here is do not lock the safe until you've tried unlocking and locking it successfully three times in a row. Once you lock it, if you screwed up you will not be able to re-open the safe if the door is on the housing. If you lock it with the door off, you can just unscrew the back plate and start over. So test the combination thoroughly with the door off multiple times before you commit to locking it for the first time. If anything, this is a testament to how secure the darn thing is that you'll accidentally lock yourself out if you're careless.

Easy to open and set combination - follow these instructions!
This is a solid. heavy lock box. It is also easy to set if you have the directions and a modicum of assembly ability. If you don't have directions, try this:1. Open the lockbox.2. Remove two screws to open the back of the door.3. Spin the dial until the 3 plasic wheels and 2 metal pieces fall out.4. Spin the dial until the 3 arrows point straight up.5. Place the bottom wheel on with the first letter at the arrow.6. Place one metal piece.7. Place the second wheel, the second metal piece, and the final wheel as above.8. Screw on the door back.9. Test the combination WITHOUT putting it in the lockbox several times; if it fails go back to step 2.10. DONE!It is easy to put the wheels on offset by one letter, so be careful, and test several times to make sure it is correct. To open from the factory, try combo "SPI": Spin clockwise to S, counterclockwise PAST S to P, then back to I, then press down the black lever. A common mistake is to not go PAST the S before stopping at P.The only issue I had was the wheels are plastic and I'm worried enough force might break this open, though the thin metal pieces in between should help strengthen it. It comes with 4 screws to install, and even the back is thick so even pulling it off a wall won't grant easy access. The only tool you need to set and install is a Phillips screwdriver. This box is highly rated as one of the more difficult to crack the combination, and it works great for years. On older versions I've used the black lever had a spring and it closed automatically; on my new one, you have to push it back up, and it stays in the correct position to close without having to do the whole combination again. So just unlock your front door, put it back inplace, and to re-lock, just push the black lever up and spin the dial a little. Very simple! The storage room inside is about 2.75"x 1.5" x 7/8", enough for several house keys. My 1998 Honda remote and large car key both barely fit inside together, though not on a key ring.

Good lockbox, but dial sticker is vulnerable to the elements
I use one of these to hide a spare house key, and it feels very secure when mounted to a wall with all four of the included screws. The lock is as easy to operate as a standard locker padlock (although the letters run counterclockwise, which can be confusing) and the combination is easy to reset if you follow the instructions (it only took me a few minutes). This is a sturdy lockbox, and its only flaw seems to be that the letters are printed on some kind of plastic sticker that’s glued to the dial. After about a year, the sticker on mine became discolored and brittle, and started peeling off the dial. I was able to superglue the sticker back onto the dial before it fell off completely, but I would strongly suggest installing the lockbox with a protective cover, especially if it’s located somewhere sunny. I bought the TayMac MM410G outlet cover that’s mentioned in other reviews, and it fits the lockbox perfectly without any modifications.

Sturdy, works as expected, well written instructions.
This is the best lockbox I was able to find on the internet. It is supposed to be harder to break into as opposed to the more usual button lockboxes from the same brand. It is indeed a bit more tricky to open but if a person can read, they should be able to follow the few instructions to get it right on the first try.The only downside I see is that if a person is closing the lockbox, they often just push the black button up and forget to twist the dial, leaving the lockbox unlocked and its key unprotected even though it looks closed. Again, people who can read and follow instructions should not make this mistake, but they still do. I wish there was some mechanism in place that would prevent this from happening. One more reason to put the lockbox inside yet another box. E.g. I installed it into the TayMac MM410W Single-Gang Horizontal/Vertical Mount Weatherproof In-Use Cover that somebody recommended here in the reviews. It fits perfectly. Hides the unit well. And prevents the key from falling on the ground in case somebody does not lock the lockbox.Last thing, I used longer screws than those provided, but they still would work.
