I drank this for my last pregnancy and plan to this time around as well. I had a 3 hour labor and it wasn't really painful, just really intense. My mother and grandmother also used this for some of their pregnancies and say that those labors were by far the fastest and easiest. I drank 2-3 bags a day in my 3rd trimester, but I hear if you just make a really strong brew (12+ bags?) when you believe you are in labor it will have the same affect to decrease pain, labor time, and minimize blood loss.

Q: Does this tea taste like raspberries?

It does not taste like the berries. The tea is made from the leaves. The flavor is similar to black tea without the bitterness or the caffeine.
