Easy setup
Happy with this purchase. Heavy duty frame and soft poly hammock. Well made. Tool free assembly took about 15 minutes.

UPDATED: wood finish peeled in under 1 month!!!!
UPDATED: I purchased this on June 19th, and hung it on June 26th. By July 27th the wood finish has already started peeling. This is located in a shaded area in the northeast. I am severely disappointed, for $100 I really expected a MUCH better quality and I also expected this to hold up for a good number of years. I would STRONGLY suggest looking at other Hammocks and NOT purchase this one.We had another outdoor hammock for a number of years and it finally had to be replaced. I looked all over, and decided on a rope one because the fabric ones collect water and take longer to dry. I didn't want a super cheap one as reviews said they didn't stand up over time, so I picked this one.It is a good size and fits myself and my 6 and 9 year old with me at the same time. We got the orange, and the color is nice and bright. The quality of the rope seems good, and isn't too rough.I will update if this doesn't hold together well. My biggest concern is the wood, to see if it stays in good shape over the season.

Wood spreader bars are weak point
Just replaced one of these same hammock that was 11 months old. I have had six of this same brand. They are comfortable and fairly priced. The wood quality has gone way down over the 15 years I have been buying these. Wood gets deep splits and bugs move in. It is also a safety issue.

Awesome product!!! I had returned one and was worried I wouldn't find one that would work after that bad experience. I will buy this one again.

Disappointed
We put it out Christmas morning as a gift. It is hanging in a mostly shaded area. The color has fading and it is unraveling with very little use. You would never know it's only 3 months old. It's been used more for decorative purposes than having people actually use it. I can only imagine how badly it would look if used as designed for.

The rope is super soft and is so comfortable! I got the orange one and they did the spreader bars in a dark wood which contrasts great. Highly recommend!!!!!
