Thunder Heart Universal Wiring Kit for Harley Davidson 1965-2006 Big Twin Model - One Size

I have had nothing but issues with this company.First off trying to get in contact with them is a ridiculous option. No one answers the phone at any extension.Second they make empty promises that they in my opinion feels as if they tell you what you want to hear.I have been trying to get this issue resolved for over 6 months now.I'm not going to be a Karen about this but just wanted to express to people what your getting yourself into by purchasing one of these units. Maybe the first versions were better than the versions of the past 2 years, but you should at least stand behind your product, resolving any issues that come about.SO with that said I would highly recommend finding an alternative solution for your future builds. With lack of customer service you will be stuck with a $400 paperweight as I am now at this point.If and when they help me I will have no problem rewriting my review but as it stands this will stay as is.
