Yes you can use it once daily. Just don't use more than a dime sized amount

If you mean acne scars- it's not a scar remover per se . I would think ,over time , that some scarring would fade. But I would tend to think that it would depend on the severity of the scar. I do know that with the passage of time my skin became much more even in tone and texture. Hope that helps!
