As I'm hard of hearing with Auditory Processing Disorder, I use these only at night to sleep. The center piece comes out of the external portion, to make them more comfortable for side sleepers.They block out sound pretty well, and I feel like that varies a little bit by size of inserts, so there's some options, depending on what's needed.The option of multiple sizes in one case is fantastic, and the case they come in is much more durable for travel and life in general than the thin clear plastic cases I've seen many others come in. Would definitely purchase again.

I have been using these plugs for several weeks and they have greatly improved the quality of my sleep. They are soft, comfortable and adapt well to the ear without causing discomfort, even if you sleep on your side. They insulate ambient noise very well - perfect for blocking snoring, traffic or noisy neighbors. They don't eliminate all the sound (which can be positive if you need to hear an alarm), but they reduce it enough to be able to rest without interruptions. I totally recommend them if you are looking for a simple and effective solution to sleep better.

These ear plugs are so awesome and functional! I work graveyard shift so getting a good sleep during a busy day is a must need and these have helped alot with cutting out noises around my home. They are also really comfortable and don't leave my ear hurting from having them in and sleeping on them. I definitely recommend for people who need to sleep during noisy hours of the day! Or if you just need protection from work related noises. And they stay in place with no problem and the size is perfect with different inserts sizes

Too long initially, so it hurt my inner ear, but I used basic scissors and cut 1/3rd of the length off and reattached the tips, that's basically the perfect length for me.One thing to note, try to avoid rubbing them with alcohol, as this can break down cheaper plastics over time and cause then to leech BPA/other chemicals.They don't block out as much sound as my foam earplugs would, but I like not needing to open fresh packs every night and dump a million foam plugs into the trash. At home I just needed something to blunt the sounds coming from the kitchen, and this paired with my air purifier's white noise works well enough.I like being able to pull them out easily with the circle and they don't fall out overnight, my foam plugs would sometimes. Overall recommend.

Ear protection is great, they really do stay in place, I love the case it comes with, color is cute, the fact they come with different ear size thingy is nice touch, sound quality really does lower the noise level. I will 100% get another pair in case I loose this one but it does have the little ring you can attach it to your purse so you don’t loose it (but knowing myself how I am).

I love the softness of the tips! They are super comfortable to sleep in all night. I suffer with horrible insomnia, and every little sound agitates me. These ear plugs cancel out all the noise, including my husband's snoring, allowing me to get some sleep. I chose the pink, and they are super cute! I love the case they they come with as it makes them easy to keep track of and to take when I travel. 100% recommend these!

I got these for my adult son, who has a number of sleep difficulties. He has tried several types of "disposable" ear plugs to wear for sleep, especially while traveling. Several are simply too large, as he seems to have unusually small ear canals (for a man?). The ones that do fit, rarely stay in all night, and move around when one changes position. These are not like that at all. he was afraid they would be "plasticky", inflexible, and uncomfortable, but these are not like that at all. They are a pliable silicone material and the different size 'tips' (easy to change out) make them work for many different sizes and shapes of ear canals. They block sound quite well, and have helped him in blocking out barking dogs, trash trucks, booming teenage music outside, and more. I even got myself a second pair, in another color.

My husband has pretty severe sleep apnea, but refuses to use a CPAP device. Other than sleeping in a separate room every night, I had to find a solution. Having tried many different types of foam and silicon ear plugs, these provide the best fit for me and they stay snugly inserted. I can barely hear him sawing away now. If I had to mention a negative it would be that the metal part is a bit rigid and can be slightly uncomfortable after a long night. Easy storage for travel!
