Phenomenal it’s 10mg per spray at a concentration of 13% lidocaine which is the highest I’ve found and ime even the exorbitantly priced promescent isn’t nearly as effective, maybe it is a bit easier to apply due to being a lil less viscous but nowhere near worth 3x the cost and this stuff will numb you even if you generally have a high tolerance to other substances.

Had no effect at all. I don't know if it was a bad batch or something but didn't work at all. From the reviews, I had high hopes. I've tried other delay sprays Promescent Delay Spray is probably the best so far, the only problem is that it doesn't come with many sprays but is the most effective.UPDATE: used again just to see if the first time was a fluke. This time it worked, the problem the first time was because of time. I waited 10 mins before giving up this time I forgot that I put it on and 20 mins later I was fully numb and numbness lasted for over 25 mins or so.

The 13% lidocaine was too much. It made things very numb and unusable... Going back to 10% from a competitor.

My very 1st time spraying, I may have sprayed too much.. it burns and hurts. I also lost feeling the day after using it, even after cleaning. It does work and I did last longer (but it's very aggressive and numbing).

So I have serious vagina probs. No gyno to date has been able to discover what’s wrong. I have serious pain during intercourse. It’s much stronger than the stuff the doctor has even prescribed. It helps numb my lady bits dramatically. I’m able to have sex nearly pain free with this. And when my lady bits are really killing this helps to provide nearly instant relief. I keep a bottle in my purse wherever I go in case my problems suddenly hit when I’m at work. I would highly recommend for any woman with vulvodinia or any similar condition. It does burn a bit at first, but it quickly then numbs the area and really has helped to give me my life back!

It definitely works. Has a higher percentage of lidocaine than its (more expensive) closest competitor, too.
