Casio MTP1335D-2A2 Men's Stainless Steel Black Dial Analog Day Date Dress Watch

first of all the color in the picture here is way off. the actual color of the watch face is more of a midnight blue with rose gold accents. i can't knock off a star because i don't know whos fault that is.to me, this is an attempt at a quartz version of a seiko 5...and it's a very good attempt. the size is about the same and the quality control seems to be spot-on for this price bracket. i don't like metal bands, so i had a 20mm rubber dive watch band waiting for it when it arrived. gives it a field watch look.the second hand actually hits it's mark and none of the hands slip when the watch is bumped against an object (this is a problem many quartz analog watches have). no real need for a light because the gold trim reflects well in low-light situations. i love the hands; they're perfect.one con is that the day/date window is very small and not trimmed. no big deal...i can still read it but maybe not in a few years after my eyes "mature" a bit more.another home run for casio.
