Nice to use for TV or in my case, I used to display my collectibles. I needed some background light to show off all of my collectible toys, I actually have a decent horror collection, I have a collection if you cannot flaunt it? I put this behind shelving and there is now a nice glow That will display all of my collection. You could probably use for many different purposes, but yes behind a TV would be the same application of just putting it behind the television unit and it will create a glow. It comes with hooks and is easy to install. There was enough to display my entire shelving space, so just make sure you buy the right size for your television. Oh and the remote control is amazing so you can turn it off from afar.

The lights are nice. I have a 65" TV and the length of this light was perfect for it. The adhesive for this light is strong and I did not was any issue sticking it on the back side of my TV. I love how easy it is pair up with the mobile application and all the options it gives. The real time sync is my favourite.The sensor recognizes the colors on the TV correctly the most times. Sometimes during the dark scenes, i think it confuses and turns green/red but it mimics perfectly during the bright scenes.I have not played around much with it's "Rhythm" feature which is suppose to change the lights based on the sounds coming off the TV.I believe the this lights definitely enhances my TV watching experience especially during night.I would recommend it.

After setting them up which was not very hard, they came out pretty decent. But I still have them set with two tones. The picture promises that every single object will have like a corresponding light reflected but if it does that I haven’t figured out how. No remote, just phone settings. Been fiddling with the light settings forever. But I chalk it up to me being finicky. Good fit. At least was able to trim it unlike the Govee ones. Pretty decent brightness and thankfully once they stick, THEY STICK! Disadvantage: I removed them from a tv I got rid of and they didn’t stick quite as well so make sure you put them on a tv you plan to keep for very long time. Not essential for functionality but I think they’re neat to look at.

The brightness is just right, and the adhesive sticks well—it even comes with clips to help secure the corners, which is a nice touch.There’s no remote, so you’ll need to download the app to control it from your phone or tablet. It works smoothly through the app, though it might not be everyone’s preference.One thing I wish it had is individual LED color syncing based on what’s happening on the screen—for example, if there’s fire on the TV, the top lights turning orange and the bottom turning yellow. This strip doesn’t do that. Instead, the whole strip changes to a color that generally matches the screen, or you can choose a single color to keep it on.That said, the kids absolutely love it, and it adds a fun vibe to movie nights. For the price, I’d say it’s definitely worth it!
