These were super convenient for my sun sun filter. Quick rinse and ready to use. Worth the money and come in little pouches. Just put rinse them quickly and put in the filter of your choice.

Same Fluval quality as similar fluval filter media. Bought these for my 406 after realizing the price on these was substantially lower than the recommended ones for the 406. At the price you can use multiple of these and still pay less than the very slightly larger bags that are recommended. Buy these instead of the yellow, 20 gram larger bags.Update: the bigger bags are back from sellers with better prices. But these still work well. I use two per side, 4 total for a basket. Would still recommend.

With a slightly overstocked tank this combination of ammonia remover and carbon keeps my tank water crystal clear. Before using this my water was always slightly cloudy. After adding this to my aquarium things cleared up within a day. The Fluval C3 series filter makes maintaining an aquarium easy. I always dreaded maintenance on my aquarium. With the modular design of the C3 maintenance is simple and easy.

As expected Fluval makes a good media product. It keeps the tank clear and removes toxins.The only think i dont like is that it tends to settle more than i would like in the filter basket and compact. I solved this problem by lifting the basket out and rotating the media. It seams like you get an extra couple weeks of life from the carbon mixture.

Works very well in my fish tank and I have purchased these before and will continue to do so. Great Product!

What a great product, love this brand and will stick to it! I wouldnt consider purchasing anything else. Does an amazing job with keeping the tank clear and running smoothly.
