Got these two days ago and have taken them (plus Bearvana’s duo gummies) and yes, it definitely works! Keep in mind all three have duplicate ingredients as well. For weight gain you obviously won’t SEE the results immediately but you will definitely FEEL them! It has increased my appetite to the point that I feel like I get hungrier as I eat. And increasing how much you eat (keep track of your calories, an additional 300-500 calories is needed per day) is what ultimately will increase your weight. My plan is to take them (these and the Bearvana gummies) for a month without working out to increase my appetite and see exactly where the extra weight is going. Starting month two I’ll begin working out to target those areas and adding in boost very high calorie drinks to replace the extra calories I’ll burn from working out. As far as mood improvement I can’t really say as ii take ADHD meds that already elevate my mood and energy (however it also causes a loss of appetite) so again two days in and my appetite is insatiable so yeah, buy these expeditiously!

The only problem I had with this item was an allergic reaction. I had irregular heart beat and itching had to go to the ER to get treatment. There needs to be some type of information letting people know about the different vitamins extract that can cause any allergic reaction that you may experience.

3rd bottle! It is the best I have ever tried. Energy all day. I'm in my 40s and hormones kick in. But this magical gummies help me stay balanced as far as my mood goes. I work in the medical field and it's stressful. This helps me get through a tough day for sure.
