This foam is very strong & it will bond doesn't soak in ground I would not be afraid to use as a fence post filler.

Q: Will this skin inside a mold? Self skinning without direct air or moisture exposure for casting.

No this will not set up without air

Approximately 6 months from the manufacture date.

Q: Will this work for archery targets?

Yes this foam will expand to fill in shot out areas on a foam target you can sand flush once it hardens let it set up for about an hour
