Q: How low is the cut on the bustline?

As far as a reference I would say the top portion of the top rests right above where the breast begin to split from the chest. It is adjustable so you can wear it lower or higher depending on your goal. I love that the tops are not super super tight on the stomach and are a little thicker than other brands so it can hide the stomach area more. I have bought 8 of these so far, you can always use these casually or when pair it with a nice dress jacket as well.

The Length is pretty generous, I hate shirts that are too short and they have plenty of length

Q: is this tank top machine washable?

Yes, but I wouldn't machine-dry it. It's not as long as I'd hoped and I'm afraid it'll shrink if dried. I hang it up. Other than the (not long enough) length, great tank

Q: How long are the straps when fully extended. I have an issue with tank tops cutting me under the arm pit because of short straps.

Long enough. This was not a problem. I've had your concern. Not an issue here
