Microfiber, and if you are a curvy woman it will roll.

Q: With previous shapewear, I have a problem with the thigh part rolling up every time I sit or squat. Do these roll up?

Yes, I find these do tend to roll up. Unlike some other shapewear, they do not have the "rubber" on the inside at the bottom of the pant to prevent this.

I found that they do slim your thighs. The shapewear isn't too binding either.
