Ineffective
I've been taking this for over a week now and not noticed one bit of difference. However, it's a six month supply so I shall persevere in the hope that it will eventually do some good. They are easy to take and there is a taste if you allow it to dissolve in your mouth, but it's not unpleasant.

Absolutely great supplement to help clear up your lungs and mucus that may accumulate if you are a regular smoker. I personally use this with when I smoke CBD... It helps clear your airways but also is a great supplement to have in general for those benefits. I take it every morning and it's once a day nice and easy 👍🏻.

My friend recommended these. She has had copd for years. The change in her in the 5 years she has been using this is miraculous. I am asthmatic with a pneumothorax.
