Brilliant speaker! Go for it!
You can't go wrong with this item, if you want a budget but great sounding speaker! The battery lasts for days and days. I've had it since mid December but I swear I've only had to charge it about 5-10 times despite using it every day. It's super easy to use and connect by Bluetooth without any issue.Obviously the volume would not be sufficient for a party in a big hall but for home it's more than adequate. Its a heavy item and seems sturdy. I'm clumsy and have dropped it numerous times but it's totally fine! The design means it will fit in most places without looking silly. My previous speaker had those ridiculous flashing lights I couldn't turn off. That was not relaxing if I was watching a movie in bed. That speaker also only lasted a few months before it literally needed charging every day, twice a day. It was around the same price as this speaker too but the difference is like night and day!Overall I am really happy with this purchase and highly recommend it to others!

Excellent value for money speaker
The people who designed this speaker managed to produce a great product at a very reasonable price. The sound: Balanced I would say, you can hear bass lines and drums, the mids are there and the highs clear without being sharp. This speaker projects the sound well making it sound a bit bigger than it is. Nice and clear, not at all muffled. It's a great speaker for what it is. I use this on my desk but it can get the sound into the room as it goes loud enough for me, I've never turned it up full. When I first used this speaker out of the box it sounded a bit flat with not a lot of mid range, but after using it for a few hours it came alive, I believe in a process called burn in, this gets the electroncs and importantly the speakers to loosen up and work properly.Connectivity: Bluetooth works fine with my Mp3 player, the 3.5mm input handles a standard lead and is a good fit. You can also play from a micro sd card. No radio but my Mp3 player has one and that works with the lead plugged in.Design: Smart wraparound grey mesh with the controls on top.Using it: Turn it on and it defaults to Bluetooth, if you have something plugged in you just push the mode button once to connect.Battery life: Seems very good, it came charged up, don't know how much was in it. After several hours use I thought I'd better charge it up. This took a fair while, about 3.5 hours before the red light went out, however I would say you could get a lot of use if a) You don't use Bluetooth as that uses battery power more quickly and b) You don't turn the speaker up really loud as that will suck more out of the battery.I will see how it goes with this speaker, my last one (different make) stopped holding a charge after around a year, in the meantime 5 stars for this purchase, it is that good.

Bit fiddly but very good for the money
Took a while to work out how to switch it on and toggle through modes. You have to hold the button for a few seconds and wait for a tuneful beep for any button-pressing to have any effect. I'm pleased with it. It looks quite smart. Has pretty good sound quality. Amazing battery life. Fairly easy to use once you get the knack but instructions were pretty rubbish.

A good speaker with micro-sd and aux ports.
I’ve only had this a couple of days but its a really good speaker for its cost.I run it at night from a micro sd card with music on it to help me sleep. It tells you how much charge it has when you connect bluetooth. The instructions are really unhelpful. The micro sd card goes in UPSIDE-DOWN and you have to push it really hard to get it in!The buttons are hard to find at night but I think in time I will work out where they are by feel! After 9 hours of it playing quietly from sd card it still has 100% charge.

Fantastic product, once "warmed up" after a few uses - excellent after that!
I actually purchased this incredible value Bluetooth speaker 4 years ago. After a few uses, the sound it produced went from reasonably good to simply astonishing for a speaker of its size. 20W speaker, so it's powerful enough for small to medium rooms - but I ended up using it in the garden for small gatherings. The bass on this speaker is just excellent. It plays loudly, without distortion. I paid just under £26 but now it's around £33. My one is now used by my niece, who loves it just as much as I do. Highly recommended, especially as it has an Aux In, a slot for TF card & a decent Bluetooth connectivity range. Probably one of the best things I've ever bought, really.

Does what it says on the tin
I run an occasional pub-type quiz at my local cricket club, using a laptop and the club microphone and sound kit. However there are times when that kit does not work properly (or at all) because previous users have mucked about with it. The biggest problem then is not being able to play song clips for the music round which is somewhat embarrassing. Recently this was solved by a punter donating a bluetooth speaker which linked easily to my laptop and produced a decent volume of sound so I decided to get my own bluetooth speaker and purchased this one, in silver. The Dprofy looks smart and feels well made with a decent heft to it. It works perfectly, connecting to my Windows 10 laptop simply. It produces good sound both in volume (enough for a large room with 30 or so people in it) and quality. This means I am almost self-sufficient when doing the quiz, just have to fix the issue of the club's wireless mic battery being dead after someone leaving it switched on... in which case I just have to shout the questions :-( - I am going to try using a mic attached to the laptop and output it to the Drofy i.e. create my own independent PA sytem...I have used the Dprofy in anger only once so far, with the bluetooth connection, but it worked well. If this is how you would use it then I can heartily recommend it.
