I’ve had no stomach upset or side effects, which is a ideal for anyone with a sensitive system.So far these iodine tablets have helped me feel more balanced overall.Whether you’re looking to support your thyroid, boost energy, or just ensure you’re getting this essential mineral, I recommend giving them a try!I have 5 nodules on my thyroid and it will be interesting to see if there has been any improvements since my last scan.

To help maintain thyroid function and also aids cognitive health.The manufacturer's directions suggest taking two tablets a day, but, as one tablet is 500mcg I'll err on the side of caution and take 1 a day (which makes this a year's supply).A few websites expressly say 'Avoid exceeding 500 mcg of iodine daily unless advised by a healthcare professional / Pairing iodine with selenium helps optimise thyroid function and reduce oxidative stress'.As I'm at 'that time of life' and do need some support (won't elaborate here) this is perhaps why my MIL recommended I take these with Selenium, which I also have.Too early to say if I'm feeling benefits but better supplementation will hopefully help me feel more energetic and balanced in future.Great value for a year's supply.

It is especially useful for men’s prostate health. While my experience is anecdotal, following a period of taking one tablet a day for a month my PSA level has gone down. A caveat is that it could be due to other factors, however, this is in line with the known benefits.I take a course of the supplement just once every so often, yet the amount provided by Carlyle is enough for a whole year (and longer if used periodically) and the tablets are good for a few years before reaching the Best Before End date which on my pack is August 2027As to price point, the cost is more than reasonable given the amount supplied. Five stars and no less!

The packet is average in size which when opened can be resealed to avoid contamination, containing 365 tablets and to take 2 tablets a day. The label states the nutritional information as well as ingredients and directions for use. The expiry date is August 2027, at the time of this review that is nearly two years.

You do need two tablets a day so this is 6 months worth.There is not a lot of iodine in most people's diets these days, so it's a good one to supplement. My thyroid function was slightly lower than it should be and that can be due to iodine so I thought I'll try this and the next time it gets checked we will see if it has helped.
