I believe they are helping control my blood sugar and blood pressure. I have only started these pills, but have been on beet root for over a month and not a lot of sugar highs

Hard to know how well they work but at least the capsules are small enough to swallow

I find that taking beet root capsules has been very effective with stabilizing my blood pressure and helping with my bathroom trips, so to speak. But I have to do a lot of research to make sure that there is enough beet root in the product I choose. I have tried a few different ones, but this one seems to be the best so far. And to top it off, I only have to take 2 capsules instead of the normal 3, which is a blessing being 1 less pill to take and that the bottle will last longer. They are easy to swallow and they are made of natural ingredients. Hopefully these will work out for me the longer I take them, but for now, so far, so good!!

its ok... doesn't bring my blood pressure down to much
