Quest Nutrition Protein Bar, Chocolate Brownie, 12 Count

I'm addicted to Quest protein bars. They do also make the double chocolate bar, which I like, but the chocolate brownie feels more like a brownie to me. And it's not as sweet as the double chocolate bar. Sometimes I think Quest can overdo it on the sweetness. The double chocolate bar can also leave chocolate "crumbs" from the chips and this Brownie bar doesn't do that.

The only thing better would be a real hot fudge brownie, but that would be all fat and 1G of protein and no fiber, whereas this has 20G of Protein, 17G of dietary fiber and 6G of total fat. Satisfies my craving for an extravagant sweet, except it won't clog your heart, make you gain weight, give you a sugar buzz or constipate you! Try to beat that!

These just didn't do it for me. They are like trying to gnaw on chocolate bricks. The flavor is mediocre and although the ingredients are supposed to be better compared to other bars, it's just not worth sacrificing the flavor and chewiness of a different bar for me.

I didn't care for it! It's like chewing taffy. Except for the coloring it's nothing like a chocolate brownie, and it tastes like cr#p. I won't be ordering this again! (Now I need to figure out what to do with the remaining 10 bars. I hate wasting money, but I sure not going to eat them.)

I could barely taste the chocolate. The bars have a strong coffee and synthetic sweetener flavor. The texture is dense and chewy. The density is more carmel then brownie. Note:You can buy a box of 4 Quest brownie bars from Walmart for 8 dollars.I can highly recommend the Quest chips, but not the brownies. I am tossing the one I took a bite from into the yard waste bin. The rest of the box I will give away.
