The item looks exactly as shown and arrived quickly. When I first received the item, I thought it was broken based on the noise I was hearing. It turns out they gave an extra finger, I'm assuming incase one breaks. I loved that they thought ahead and it was a nice surprise.I bought this ad part of a gift bag for a friend and they found it humorous as well as the others who saw it. He loved it lol, i got for my brother for Father's Day as a humor gift. Everyone loved it. It was sucha funny gift. I liked that the finger just popped up and it looks just like in the pictures. It comes with an extra finger And changing it it's easy.
