Caution to using with anyone not an adult or not with a healthy regular gut. It will cause diarrhea in a massive too much probiotic manner, so caution to any parents with toddlers. Mine got the poop but nothing else went wrong and that was only one or two times based on perhaps a dose adjustment. Seems there is nothing wrong with this except it does cause massive STINKY gas so I would possibly find something safe to take that might either herbally make your stuff smell better or something. It is THAT terrible. NO JOKE. SAVE YOURSELFFFFFF.---> Seriously, could NOT take my 6 year old son into Walmart, the child kept crop dusting the store with the most foulest death hole ever. His tush. From the mushroom mix.. Gosh, to say my child is the one responsible in a line is the cherry off a fantastic sale. However, no issues nor dissatisfaction minus that. I think mushrooms are responsible not the maker of the item. That is on me that I never realized it caused that bad of gas because I can't even eat mushrooms myself... allergic... so I would not know. I know now... I know now.... I will not have that kid take anymore for brain health though since it got too much frequency even with adjusting dosage less than half of the adult size. I will find something else to use for that kid but otherwise I think it does have a funky taste but it is something easy to mix into drinks or food. I put some into my cake (a few drops) and I tasted it but was not that bad. I just only tasted with a little dot of it. Quality was pretty good and seems to health with gut health due to one or more of the mushrooms in it. The mix does seem to help with energy since good gut health can also help with it additionally too. I cannot report much on my end with health improvement yet but we will see. I think it is worth it (and would work over dedicated and EDUCATED time of taking this mix).

Great product. I take it a couple times per day and seems to help with my energy and focus. Easy to use/measure with dropper. Taste is actually good. Excellent value for the cost vs effectiveness it's a great buy! I definitely recommend this product and will continue using this.

I've read some of the other reviews and to comment on one of them it's never a good idea to give herbal/mushroom supplements to any child under the age of 12. Most of your supplements are based off the average 150 lbs. person. One squeeze of the dropper is usually the suggested daily dose for those 12 and older. Now what I think of the product... It's hard to find supplements like these at your local stores. I find this is true of many of your herbal supplements. I have only used it for a short time so I can't say for sure if it is effective at this time thus the 4 stars. But I was glad to find this item to even give it a try. I received the item quickly and it came as described. Follow the directions on the bottle for best results and do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. That's my advice about any of these products.

A very good product, and most importantly, it's natural. I've been using it for a few months and it's been great. I love it.

Reviews are everything when trying something new so here’s mine…….I put 1 drop, as instructed, in my coffee in the mornings. It’s not potent and doesn’t alter the taste of my coffee. Doesn’t give me magical powers or anything either ;^) I’m not sure how long others use before they see results or benefits but for me, nothing as of yet. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks now. To my understanding it takes about 30 days for anything to take affect In your system. I’ll update if any changes.

You need to use more than the directions say but it’s a decent supplement. Would purchase again.
