The media could not be loaded. Works you have to be generous with the washing up liquid for the jelly fish to swim around , it’s great though I have been sat watching it for the past hour 😂

Can only use as a display item as the lid leaks and when I give it to the children they had it all over there hands will be sending it back.

The media could not be loaded. This lighted water tank is supplied with a USB power lead. It also requires 3xAAA batteries (not supplied) that are fitted into the base of the tank. You do need to remember to insert the batteries in the base before turning the tank the right way up to fill it with water. I made that mistake!I followed the instructions provided and filled the tank with water (I used deionised water) up to approx. 1cm from the top. I then added a couple of drops of detergent as advised.I dropped the two jellyfish and the orange fish into the tank and fitted the lid back on top.This lighted water tank is easy to set up and as soon as you press the power button it lights up and the orange fish starts to swim around. One of the jellyfish lights up beautifully as if floats around the tank as well. Unfortunately, no matter what I tried, I could not get the pink jellyfish to move away from the top of the tank, where it remains each time, I turn on the water tank. The water tank is silent during operation and you can select one of seven different colour lights or a continuous colour change mode. The colours are selected by pressing the power button.I find it very relaxing watching the fish swim quietly around the tank and the coloured lights create a lovely ambience in the room.

I bought this for my son who is 6 and has autism, he absolutely loves it, it is no noise, which is great as some noises can unsettle him and we love that you can have 3 different settings within or all 3 at once. Brilliant for the price.

I ordered this jellyfish lamp from the Amazon brand Xbesttoy. We used it for a few week, the lights were intersting at first but we do have other things that cycle through light patterns so it wasn't a wholly new concept even then. Unfortunately though, the initial excitement did wear off quite a bit over that time. I didn't feel the build quality was the best and it did look a bit cheap to the eye. But a young child under 10 would likely find value in it regardless. Unfortunately after about four weeks' use, it started to leak a bit in my child's hands (not a rough and tumble-type child) and I had to empty if of water and eventually throw it out as it wasn't up to the job, unfortunately.It was quite fun while it lasted, but but I'd like it to last longer for £16.99Three stars
