Hello, My son was told he had osteopenia. No medicine seemed to help him, even a $1,000 shot from a cancer doctor. Then I saw an add for some stuff from Canada. I can't remember the name, but it got good reviews from men with osteopenia. I got some for my son, even though it was very expensive, and in six months his new bone scan showed vast improvement. I didn't want to use this stuff forever as they raised the price even higher. So I decided to try Aquamins to maintain. It has seemed to work quite well, no more problems. I think the key is that these are sea minerals. I don't know what isotonic minerals are, but if you are having a problem with osteopenia I'd highly recommend the stuff that came from Canada as the best product you can take. I can't remember the name because it's been so long since he took it. Too bad the price is so high.

Q: The label on the bottle says "seaweed" & Amazon description title says "red mineral algae" ? Is the correct bottle being advertised for red algae

Q: calcium carbonate come from crushed rock, which label depicts, but I thought the calcium was sourced from seaweed (aquamin)? Label confusing?
